Kivikylän Kotipalvaamo was established in 1992, and its products include sausages, frankfurters, meatballs, cold cuts, and other meat products made of local Finnish meat.

THE SITUATION

Before we started to use Guava we were using monitors and paper boards for all our internal communication.

 

THE SOLUTION

Today we have digitalized our entire internal communication and are using Guava as our communication platform. Guava is now also part of our Onboarding process for new employees where they can find all the information they need to get up to speed fast with the new job. The young employees in our organization are using Guava on a daily basis. Guava is part of our company now.

We are very satisfied with Guava. From our 350 employees we have 250 users and 160 active users (contributors). 

Guava is now part of our onboarding process for all new employees. Especially all the new young employees have well taken into use. Even our sales team started to use Guava now and their own group where they share information. 

If we stopped using Guava now it would feel like we would return to the stone age. Once we started to modernize and digitalized our internal comms there is no going back. Guava is an important part of our company now.  Guava is really easy to use and get started with and that has been important to us implementing a new tool. Our internal comms are now modern and much faster, and we really like that we can publish different types of information like videos. We are now using Guava as our only communication tool.
